EPC Advice will carry out a Domestic Energy Assessment on your property resulting in the production of an Energy Performance Certificate. Charges start at just £100 and are dependant on the size of the individual property.

The fee for the assessment will be agreed by the company and the client prior to the assessment.

Prices may vary a little depending on any extensions, conservatory or loft conversion in the property.  Local Council disbursements may also vary.

All fees are payable upon completion of the assessment. Receipts will be issued for all payments.
